In this dynamic environment, children are free to discover new challenges, unleash their creativity, and develop skills at their own pace. Our experienced coaches are on the floor to supervise, guide, and ensure a safe and exciting experience for everyone.

Challenge and Creativity:
Fitnastics Open Play is all about encouraging kids to stretch their imagination and skills. From designing obstacle courses to inventing new games with friends, children have the freedom to create, collaborate, and challenge themselves in a supportive space.

Exploration and Movement:
Our gym is set up with a variety of equipment, circuits, and stations tailored to school-aged abilities. Whether it's climbing, swinging, balancing, or flipping, every corner invites active exploration, building confidence and strength.

Friendships and Independence:
Open Play gives kids the opportunity to connect with others, work as a team, and foster independence. Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the sidelines, but this session is designed for kids to take the lead on their own adventure!

Coach Supervision and Support:
While the session is free-flowing, our professional coaches are always close by to provide tips, encouragement, and ensure safety. Whether it’s offering a spot for a new skill or suggesting a fun challenge, they’re here to support every step of the way.

Burn Energy and Build Skills:
Perfect for kids who need to move, jump, and burn energy! Fitnastics Open Play offers a high-energy environment that promotes physical fitness, coordination, and skill development—all while having a blast.
