Aerial Development
Take your tricks to the next level. This class is designed for riders, skaters, surfers and athletes who want to improve their aerial awareness, rotations, balance and control in a safe, progressive environment.
Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body, followed by dedicated strength and conditioning targeting key muscle groups essential for riders — including core stability, lower body power and overall control.
Athletes then move into trampoline-based aerial training, using foam pit landings to safely learn and refine skills such as flips, twists and controlled landings. This combination builds confidence, body awareness and the technical foundation needed to progress tricks across any sport.
