Fitnastics Australia is a recreational gymnastics program created by industry professionals with decades of experience. Blending core gymnastics with strength and fitness, it’s designed for all ages and abilities to learn, grow, and have fun. With level-based progressions, gymnasts build motor skills, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and confidence at their own pace. Fitnastics is dynamic, innovative, and fun — bringing gymnastics to everyone!

Junior Fundamentals
Junior Fun is a co-ed gymnastics class designed for children starting primary school. Through fun, circuit-based movement, kids build strength, coordination, balance and body control — supporting confidence, posture and focus as they grow and learn.

Freestyle Trampolining

Aerial Development
Take your tricks to the next level. Designed for riders, skaters, surfers and athletes who love airtime, this class focuses on aerial awareness, rotations, balance and control. Using trampolines, foam pits and strength drills, athletes build the power, technique and confidence to level up their tricks.
