Trampolining
Trampolining is a progressive program designed to support athletes as they move from mastering fundamental trampoline skills through to advanced performance. The program blends technical skill development with creativity, control, and flow, placing a strong emphasis on safety and correct progression at every stage.
Athletes develop strong foundations in body shapes, take-offs, landings, spatial awareness, and air sense before progressing into more complex skills, combinations, off-axis movements, and routine construction. Throughout the pathway, coaching focuses on clean transitions, rhythm, and technical accuracy while encouraging individual expression.
Trampolining builds strength, coordination, confidence, and aerial awareness in a supportive, performance-focused environment.
Ages 5 - 12 + years old.
1 - 1.25 hour duration
